A critical component of the curriculum above is a computer laboratory outfitted with internet-enabled mobile phones. Connectivity on the phone can be accomplished either via a local service provider (GPRS/EDGE) or a local area connection (Bluetooth AP or WiFi). Ideally there should be one computer and internet-enabled handset for every two students in the course.
